Revenge of the Brains is the eleventh fanfic in Eli J. Brown's TUFF Agents series. It serves as the sequel to Brain Attack. The mysterious villain makes new super brains to take over the minds of the citizins in Petropolis. But these new evil brains don't have the same weakness that the original brains had.

- All the new evil brains are black with silver eyes and spikes. The black bodies were based upon the Black Evil Brain from Hero Factory's Accessory Pack.
- The Brain Protection Suit Murphy wears corrasponds with Merrick Fortis's color scheme from Hero Factory.
- Though Cal's Brain Protection Suit isn't based on a HF Hero's color scheme, the closest hero would be Nave Lansadona.
- Cal, Robyn, Joel and Murphy are the only TUFF Agents to appear in this fanfic, but not in the previous "Brain Attack" fanfic. Maily because they hadn't be hired to TUFF yet.
