Kitty's Saga is a prequel mini-series to T.U.F.F. Puppy. It focuses on Kitty's life as a starting T.U.F.F. Agent.

- Jack Rabbit is voiced by Kendall Schmidt from "College, Here We Come" to "Graduation" and by Daran Norris from "The Birth of D.O.O.M." to "Jack's Last Mission".
- This is the only time that Dudley Puppy does not appear at all.
- Kitty had long hair before it was cut short in "The Flea From T.U.F.F."
- The Chameleon first appears in "The Flea from T.U.F.F". as a cameo and made his official appearance in "I Am Everyone".
- Snaptrap first appeared in "The Tell-Tale Rat" at the end and made his official appearance in "The Birth of D.O.O.M."
- Bird Brain first appeared in "Evil's Rise" as well as other villains (except Snowflake, Slush, R.I.T.A., Quacky The Duck, Sharing Moose, Owl, Bat, Zippy, Larry, Caped Cod, Jack Rabbit, Vivian and Rapedita).
- Madame Catastrophe was previously Maria Katswell before her death and was resurrected by Divinious Snaptrap.
- It's revealed that in "The Birth of D.O.O.M.", Divinious led a crime team called the Team Of Disaster (T.O.D.). Miranda is the grandmother of Ollie, Doyle is the grandfather of Francisco, Marti'e is the grandfather of Bad Dog, and Cheta is the grandmother of Leather Teddy. Larry's grandparents are the only ones not to be a member of T.O.D. but Larry first joined D.O.O.M. in "Before The Purr-fect Partner".
- Throughout "I Am Everyone", The Chameleon's entire body is black with green circuits.
- Kitty's Black Jumpsuit only appears in "Before the Purr-fect Patner".
