Charles the Henchman is the third pilot episode for T.U.F.F. Puppies. In this episode, Quintin Matheni hires a henchman named Charles. This 8-minute episode belongs to All Right! Cartoons.
Sypnosis[]
Quintin Matheni is trying to find an evil way to defeat Dudley, Connor, and Seth. He tries to get rid of them by using his old Disappear-izer which makes things disappear. Quintin uses it on T.U.F.F. and tries to get rid of HQ, but instead hits his mom's house. His mom gets really mad and tells him to quit being evil. Quintin says he can't because of how bad his childhood was. Mrs. Matheni pulls Quintin's ear really hard and Quintin uses his Disappear-izer to ban his mom from existence, but it turns out it only sends things to Petsburgh. Quintin gets lazy and sits on his couch watching TV. Suddenly, a cartoon came on and it was about a man named Jeremy in T.U.F.F. He was fighting a guy named Robert and he used his henchman to trap Jeremy.
Suddenly, an idea popped in Quintin's head. He could hire a henchman to finally defeat T.U.F.F. Quintin ran out of Matheni Evil Inc. as fast as he could, which was only 5 inches per second.

He ran to the henchman market to find a Henchman. Apparently Sanaptrap and The Chameleon bought 99% of the henchmans, and there was only one left and his name was Charles. There was another villain next to Q who wanted Charles too. Quintin quickly bought Charles and ran to Matheni evil Inc. Once they arrived at Quintin's tiny apartment, Charles ate all the bacon and did his buissiness all over the floor. "Nooooooo!" Quintin said as Charles ruined his place. Back at T.U.F.F., Dudley, Connor, and Seth could hear Quintin yelling at Charles and they just continued focusing on other villains.
